Deliveries

Please accept our apologies but we are only able to deliver orders within the UK.

Orders are sent by your choice of either Royal Mail or Yodel 48hr tracked delivery to UK addresses (you will receive tracking details to the email address that you provide us with in conjunction with your order). In our anecdotal experience there are fewer delays / missing deliveries with Royal Mail shipping services than with the cheaper Yodel service.  Goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being placed.  Delays in the order should initially be followed up with the shipping provider via the tracking information you will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Overseas orders including sharps

Due to recent issues with customs and delayed / lost deliveries, we are currently unable to send any deliveries outside of the UK but are looking to resolve this.

However, we would still be limited when sending our injection kits overseas. Overseas orders may attract customs related charges that the receiver is responsible for as we are unable to estimate these prior to sending. To avoid disappointment please check that the country of residence does not have any restrictions on the types of products you are ordering. Read about country rules.

We are unable to provide refunds for items blocked by customs.

Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases however, if you need to make a return, please follow the process below.

Shop Returns Form

Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept a return of Emergency Injection Kits that contain syringes.

  1. Print & complete this Returns Form.  (You can find your order number in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email)
Please include the item name, quantity of returned items and a reason code for your return.
  2. Place the return form inside the packaging with your returned items and return to the address below.
  3. Request ‘Proof of Postage’ when you send your items, and retain it until you have received your refund (as we are not able to take responsibility for any items failing to reach us, without it.)

RETURN ADDRESS:
Thrive Fulfilment,
c/o Addison’s Disease Self-Help Group,
Unit 34,
Saddington Road,
Fleckney,
LE8 8AW

Please note:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. The cost of return postage is non-refundable.

    Cancellation Policy

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to make a cancellation for physical goods please contact our enquiries team straight away. If we have not yet despatched your items we will usually process a refund for you and cancel the despatch. If we have already despatched the items, you will be able to exercise your legal cancellation rights by returning the goods you ordered at your own cost and in a re-saleable condition by following the above return instructions.

    Bulk Orders (NHS/HSE)

If you would like to make a bulk NHS order, please email us on [email protected].
We can also suggest NHS Trusts refer to our guidance on preparing kits so if preferred, they can use their own supplies of syringes and vial snaps, order affordable plastic boxes and print out relevant guidance to fold up and place inside the boxes.

    Syringe Refill Packs

We are no longer able to provide syringes/sharps or emergency kit refills. Royal Mail’s conditions of carriage no longer permit us to send sharps through the post without them being enclosed in a case. We have, however, reduced the price of the kits to make them better value and to ensure that they can be transported safely through Royal Mail.

    Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details and we only share customer details with 3rd parties who work on our behalf to fulfil the dispatch of goods or handle payments (Shopify, Stripe, Paypal & Thrive Fulfilment). Read our full privacy policy.
