ADSHG Strategy, Reports and Constitution To better understand our impact and activities, please enjoy browsing our Trustee reports from the last 5 years. Highlights from our 2025 Report 2025 was a busy and productive year where we settled into new routines behind the scenes, and started to build on our stronger foundations. We expanded our team slightly, welcoming Charlotte Owst as a part-time social media assistant. We are extremely proud of our achievement to train over 930 Paramedics and EMTs in adrenal crisis management; and our online clinically approved course, presented by people with lived experience, has been given excellent feedback and supported by the Association of Ambulance Chief Exectives (AACE). We hosted 2 in person member events as well as running online webinars around emotional wellbeing and parenting with a rare condition. We were also thrilled to host 2 webinars directly aimed at young people with adrenal insufficiency, including Addison's disease. We very much look forward to continuing with projects begun in 2025, and rolling onwards, including The Real Story: our multi-stakeholder group looking at taking action to improve adrenal crisis management in the UK. 2025 Impact figures: 31,000+ Social Media reach, allowing us to spread awareness and accurate information 190 People given face-to-face emergency injection training 937 Paramedics trained in Adrenal Crisis Management Awareness Full 2025 Report Previous Trustee's Reports & Accounts If you would like to compare our current status to previous reports, you can find them below: Impact Reports We asked 460 people with adrenal insufficiency, how the ADSHG impacted their lives this year. ADSHG Impact Report 2022 Our Strategy The ADSHG receives strategic guidance from its board of trustees: a group of volunteers who come together to share lived experience and professional expertise. We met in February 2025 to re-evaluate the direction of the charity, in response to member needs, achievements and developments already made, and set new targets based on up-to-date information.
