Your membership not only makes sure you have access to expert, up-to-date information, it helps fund our work to improve the lives of people living with Addison’s and adrenal insufficiency today and in the future. Membership means we’re able to reach you directly with the latest news alongside the inspiring stories from our community. How to Renew Check your previous membership record (& note your membership number) Click on the ADSHG Hub button below Enter your email address and you will get sent a link to click to log in and see your membership record. ADSHG Hub How are you paying? If you currently pay by Direct Debit or a recurring card payment, you do not need to renew with our form. It happens automatically and payment will be taken when your 12m membership period is ready to renew. If you make your payment each year for your membership by card or cheque, then you will need to renew, so go on to step 3. What is your membership number? Are your details correct? Make a note of your membership number – you will find it in brackets just after your name on your record. You need it to renew. Are you details (address etc) correct. Please edit them using the Edit button if they need updating. Check what type of membership you want If you are happy with the membership type you already have on your record, then you can skip ahead to step 5 To change your membership type, use the Edit Button on the Hub. Renew Now that your membership record is as it should be, click on the link below to fill out our short renewal form, which will also take payment details for the membership fee. We would encourage you to choose Direct Debit or a recurring card payment so that you no longer need to worry about renewing each year!
